While you can download stickers for free in our Get Involved section, we know that it’s difficult, time-consuming and expensive for some of you to order various designs at affordable prices as a one-off order.

To make this as affordable as possible, Sophie orders in bulk when it’s possible to distribute. We don’t sell these in our merch section because our merch is with a partner supplier who handles all the logistics, while these stickers are ordered, organised, packed and sent directly from one of us.

As it’s a lot of work on top of all the other tasks, it’s easier to manage the order influx by doing it via this page. Please scroll down for more info.

Details

Each sticker is a 98mm square. They are 30 cents (€) each and there is no minimum or maximum order amount, depending on stock availability. Postage is from Berlin and is €1.60 for an envelope that fits around 70 stickers safely in Germany or €3.70 for international orders; registration and tracking are €3.50 extra. For larger orders, stickers can be separated into multiple envelopes or a parcel, depending on what is cheaper.

Please note: Around 3/100 regular envelopes to the US or Australia have been lost. The margin on these stickers is minimal, so we cannot replace lost orders if you do not pay for registration. Regular post will have basic tracking to ensure that it was sent.

A portion of the cost covers the stickers, the materials used for packing and posting. Another portion will be used towards the costs of Berlin Buyers Club activities, another portion will be donated to mutual aid, and another will be donated to research. Follow us on Instagram to stay up to date with these announcements. All proceeds (30 cents for each sticker) of the “Mass Disabling Event” design will be donated to The Black Long Covid Experience.

This page will be updated when the stock of a particular design is running low and sells out. Due to resource limitations, we cannot have every design available continuously throughout the year. Please check your spam folder after you’ve submitted your order, as sometimes the response lands there.
